Chris Davis addresses 13D Monitor’s Active-Passive Investor Summit

Christopher Davis, chair of Kleinberg Kaplan’s Investor Activism and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups, recently addressed 13D Monitor’s Active-Passive Investor Summit in New York City. The 2015 conference drew the largest crowd ever with over 400 activist and hedge fund leaders in attendance. In keeping with Kleinberg Kaplan’s policy of representing only activists, Chris participated on the panel dedicated to how to advise activists.
13D Monitor’s Active-Passive Investor Summit is the premiere hedge fund activism conference designed for both active and passive investors. The conference is an annual forum used by activists to highlight campaigns and announce new ones. The event was created in 2010, and since its inception, it has brought the industry together and featured premiere speakers such as Bill Ackman, Carl Icahn, Nelson Peltz, Jeffrey Ubben, Jeffrey Smith, Ralph Whitworth, Mick Mcguire, Scott Ostfeld, Keith Meister, Clifton Robbins, and many more.
