Mauricio Cuellar counsels clients in all facets of real estate transactions, including, acquisition and sales, leasing, development and financing transactions across all asset classes. Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Mauricio practiced in several roles at prior firms, including in the New York and Philadelphia offices of national and international law firms. Prior to practicing law, Mauricio worked for almost 10 years as a title examiner for the New Jersey title review division of a national title company.
