Raging Capital Managing Partner Kenneth H. Traub will join the Board at Immersion Corp., a leading developer and licensor of touch feedback technology. Although Raging Capital conducted no campaign against Immersion, Kleinberg Kaplan activist partner Christopher P. Davis advised Raging on a nearly year-long course of constructive engagement that led Immersion to invite Mr. Traub to join the Board of Directors as a uniquely qualified independent director.
