Kleinberg Kaplan announced its plans to return to the office, starting January 3, 2022. As part of the firm’s new hybrid work policy, all employees will be expected in-office three days a week from January to May and September to December, and two days a week in June. For July and August, the firm will shift any in-office expectations to optional.
Speaking with Reuters, Managing Partner Andrew Chonoles acknowledged that employees have “gotten used to being away from the office” and that this optional in-office plan for the summer will give employees “the opportunity to make plans and look at things differently.” He anticipates that the flexible policy will also make the firm appealing to job candidates in the year ahead.
The roll-out of the firm’s hybrid work policy comes with the celebration of their 50th anniversary this month.
