Kleinberg Kaplan Represents Paulson in NovaGold Transaction to Acquire 100% of Donlin Gold

Kleinberg Kaplan represents Paulson Advisers LLC and its affiliates in a series of definitive agreements pursuant to which NovaGold Resources Inc. will acquire Paulson’s 40% ownership interest in Donlin Gold LLC in an all-share transaction, increasing NovaGold’s ownership interest in Donlin Gold from 60% to 100%, announced July 22, 2026.
