Premier boutique law firm Kleinberg Kaplan announces the promotion of two lawyers. Joshua K. Bromberg, a litigator, and Arinze Ike, a corporate lawyer, have been named partners effective January 1, 2020.

Joshua Bromberg
Joshua Bromberg represents clients involved in litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration tribunals and regulatory agencies. His practice spans multiple industries and areas of the law, including securities, contract, employment, real property, trusts and estates, and intellectual property. He has handled cases involving disputes over licensing contracts, as well as represented top-tier financial institutions in disputes involving collateralized debt obligations, mortgage-backed securities, credit default swaps, and other derivatives. Joshua also has extensive experience litigating various family disputes, including complex probate cases and partition actions in New York State courts.
Joshua received his J.D. from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with honors, and his B.A. from New York University, with honors.
Arinze Ike
Arinze Ike has a broad-based transactional practice representing private funds, family offices, financial institutions and operating companies in various complex corporate matters. Arinze maintains a focus on capital markets transactions, including advising on equity issuances for issuers and investors and debt facilities for lenders and borrowers. He also regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, general corporate governance, liability management, and SEC reporting matters.
Arinze was named a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers in 2017. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and his B.S. from Duke University.
