Kleinberg Kaplan Adds Fund Lawyer Christian Gloger as Partner

Mr. Gloger joins New York firm’s award winning fund practice from Schulte Roth & Zabel. He represents private equity and hedge fund sponsors on fund formation, restructuring and seed-capital investments
NEW YORK; November 6, 2018– Premier, boutique law firm Kleinberg Kaplan announced that Christian Gloger has joined its Private Funds Practice as a partner.
In addition to advising fund sponsors, Mr. Gloger advises investment managers on regulatory matters, including U.S. securities laws, the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and other regulatory changes under the Dodd-Frank Act.
Mr. Gloger’s practice includes advising investment funds and managers domestically as well as internationally, particularly in Germany and Brazil.

Mr. Gloger was recognized as a Rising Star by IFLR1000 annually since 2014, and annually since 2015 also in Legal Media Group’s Expert Guide to Rising Stars in the investment funds category.
Mr. Gloger received a PhD in Law and an MA in Political Science from The University of Freiburg. He also has a LLM in banking, corporate finance and securities law from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and Germany. A native German speaker, Gloger is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in French.
