Tyler Combest advises clients on the U.S. tax aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, including public and private acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, stock and asset sales and internal corporate restructurings. He also counsels private equity sponsors, hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles on tax matters relating to fund formation, capital raising, and ongoing investment activities. Tyler has additional experience advising on tax credit partnerships, structured finance vehicles and compensation arrangements for investment managers.
