Tess Cobrinik advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, on a variety of corporate matters and complex domestic and cross-border strategic transactions. These include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. She supports clients across sectors such as media and entertainment, renewable energy, healthcare and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Tess was an associate at the New York office of global law firm.
