Ryan Davis advises clients on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including the design and implementation of equity incentive plans, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation and release arrangements. He counsels private fund sponsors, portfolio companies, and other corporate clients on compensation and benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactional matters. Ryan also advises on the preparation of securities filings and proxy statements related to executive and director compensation practices.
Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Ryan was an associate at the New York office of a prominent international law firm.
