Noelle Obermueller is the Chief Human Resources & Talent Officer for Kleinberg Kaplan. Noelle is responsible for the human resources and talent functions of the firm and has extensive legal industry leadership and management experience.

Noelle’s human resource experience includes recruiting and retention, performance and talent management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, employment law and compliance, policy development and administration. Noelle is actively involved with the Firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee (IDEAL) and the Women’s Initiative Committee (WINK).
Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Noelle was the Director of Human Resources at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. She is a designated Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.
