Noelle’s diverse human resource experience includes recruiting and retention, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, compensation management, benefits, employment law and compliance, policy development and administration. Noelle is actively involved with the Firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee (IDEAL) and the Women’s Initiative Committee (WINK).

Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Noelle was the Director of Human Resources at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. She is a designated Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.
