Lanna Lan represents clients ranging from emerging growth companies to venture capital investors in a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, divestitures, minority investments, corporate governance and day-to-day commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Kleinberg, Lanna was an associate at another law firm in New York, where Lanna represented private equity firms and public and private companies in complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
