James Gandia has a broad-based transactional corporate real estate practice encompassing joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, restructurings, and private equity funds. He drafts multi-state, multi-property joint venture and investor operating agreements, management agreements, organizational documents and corporate resolutions. James represents financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of commercial real estate financing for multi-state, multi-property transactions including drafting and negotiating ancillary mortgage and mezzanine loan documents, organizational documents, and legal opinions. He also conducts due-diligence, title review, and represents clients in all aspects of commercial property closings.
