Jacob (Jack) Goldbrenner is an associate in Kleinberg Kaplan’s Real Estate practice. His practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. Jack represents institutional investors, sponsors, developers and other real estate clients in complex transactions. Jack also has extensive experience advising both public and private companies on real estate matters in corporate mergers, acquisitions and financings.
