Derek Stueben advises clients in areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, debt and equity financings, business combinations and general corporate and commercial matters. He represents businesses at all stages of the corporate growth cycle, as well as institutional and individual investors considering investments in high growth companies. Derek has extensive experience advising clients from initial incorporation and early-stage seed financings through later-stage mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other exit transactions.
