Christopher Mahoney represents clients in an extensive range of real estate transactions, including, joint ventures, commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, real estate development, and mortgage and mezzanine financing. Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Christopher was a real estate associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
