Andy Chonoles has been Kleinberg Kaplan’s Managing Partner since 2006. Andy handles a wide range of real estate transactions and has extensive experience in formation and structuring of real estate investment funds, joint ventures and other vehicles for investment in real estate. He brings deep experience in the acquisition financing and disposition of large portfolios of real estate, and on all areas of commercial real estate generally, including developments, construction, leasing and restructurings. Often serving as outside general counsel for clients, Andy frequently assists on issues such as regulatory requirements, structuring of transactions and strategic guidance on internal partnerships and limited liability issues.
Andy’s clients include large institutional and high net worth investors, financial services firms and investment funds. His experience covers all real estate asset classes, with a special emphasis in medical office buildings, shopping center/retail and mixed use assets.
Andy brings a unique level of skill and insight into managing and negotiating complex strategic transactions, and appreciates the importance of providing clients with solution-driven counsel to address their business needs.
Andy has been named a New York Super Lawyer since 2011.
