Andy Chonoles is Kleinberg Kaplan’s Managing Partner. He practices in the areas of real estate and finance law, with a concentration in private equity funds, joint venture transactions, real estate development and leasing. Andy’s practice includes the representation of developers, real estate companies, joint ventures, institutional and high net worth investors, financial services firms, and technology companies.
