Abbey Walsh has a broad range of experience in all aspects of chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court workouts and restructurings, including sales of distressed assets and businesses, protection of creditors’ rights, debtor-in-possession financing and negotiation of exit strategies implemented through a plan of reorganization.  She has represented secured and unsecured lenders, bondholders and other creditors, purchasers of distressed assets and businesses as well as corporate debtors.
