Rebekah Rollo focuses her practice on mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, restructurings, shareholder activism, tender offers and proxy contests, and minority investments in public and private companies. She advises a wide variety of domestic and international clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate law matters. Rebekah also drafts and negotiates purchase and merger agreements, joint venture agreements, contribution and investment agreements and related transaction documents, such as confidentiality agreements, service agreements and escrow agreements.
