Ken Wiggins focuses his practice on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, transactions involving the issuance of equity and debt securities, corporate governance and investor activism matters and general corporate law. Ken also advises clients on various securities and contract law issues and prepares and reviews various documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
